Unlike it’s family members (Dune Silver and Dune Gold), Dune Africa comes pre-tinted from Europe, using only different metallic micro powders as tint. This allows for a better metallic coverage and look. Africa sensitively reduces the formaldehyde concentration in the surrounding environment, as tested by environmental law. It represents the crux of the Novacolor Green Approach. To reduce the carbon footprint, Africa is formulated with a special binder. Based on a mass balance approach, fossil raw materials in production are replaced with sustainable biomass.Dune Africa works best when applied over a tinted base coat of Novalux E.
