Bioregional botanicals are house-distilled in a traditional copper alembic at our historic atelier in Galt. All ingredients are organic. Cooling mints rise first, followed by clean herbal notes and the grounding backbone of rosemary — fresh without sharpness, restorative rather than stimulating.
